Limited Warranty
TELOX (as known as Telo Systems) warrants its products to be free from defects in material, design, or transportation for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of shipment and six (6) months for batteries and accessories.
During the warranty period, TELOX will repair, or at its option replace, any part found to be defective in materials or design.
Repairs or replacements are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or a 90-day extended warranty, whichever proves longer.
Limitations of Warranty
Warranty Void Conditions – TELOX’ limited warranty does not apply to any defect(s) resulting from improper installations, overusing, alterations, poor handling, misusing, accidents, improper packaging, abnormal use, overheat or overcold, humidity, vibration, shock, spillage of food or liquid,fail to comply with product manual instructions, power failures/surges, lightning, bad weather, repairing, upgrading, modified by unauthorized sources or acts.
Warranty does not apply to any product or part whose the original IMEI number has been altered, modified, defaced or removed.
Warranty does not cover damage or loss caused by or resulting from shipping or transportation.
Returned Items with No Fault Found (NFF)
For items that have been returned for service with no faults found a nominal service charge will apply covering diagnosis, testing, return shipping and other related costs.
Return Packaging
All products for return should in their original packaging or the equivalent to ensure safe and damage-free arrival to our service center.
TELOX is not responsible for any damages that may occur during the inbound and outbound shipments. If the returned product is received in damaged condition, the customer will be notified and requested to contact the inbound carrier immediately to initiate a claims inspection.
Recommended ship methods for returns: UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
Return Freight Charges
TELOX will be responsible for inbound return freight charges under warranty (ground shipments only).
Incoming freight and insurance for all warrantable returns shall be prepaid by Customers, TELOX will reject cash on delivery.
For products under warranty, TELOX will bear the cost of delivering the product to the customer, but shall not be responsible for any tariffs during the delivering.
TELOX reserves the right to use the most economical shipping method available. If the shipment requires rush service or special arrangements, this will be accommodated with the customer covering the difference of that expense from ground costs.
All customers are responsible for inbound and outbound freight charges on non-warranty repairs.
Data Backup
The customer is responsible for maintaining the data stored on their devices. This includes retaining backup(s) of the contents of their hard drive and/or other media, i.e. data stored or software installed on storage devices.
TELOX shall not be responsible for any loss or alteration of data or software programs due to storage media failure when servicing any part of any product returned for warranty or non-warranty repairs.

Many times, our technical support team may be able to assist you via email or over the phone to remedy any occurrence you may have prior to returning goods for warranty.
You will need to provide the unit’s IMEI number and your contact information.

In-Warranty Repairs
If the product is under warranty, repair center will repair or replace the unit, at our discretion, at no charge to the customer.
Depending on the level of repair needed, the standard turnaround time for repair center, after receipt of the unit, is 15 – 20 days.

All repairs (covered under the evaluation stemming from the original RMA) are guaranteed for 90 days after the date of shipment back to the customer, or the remainder of the original warranty, whichever is the most beneficial.


Out-of-Warranty Repairs
If the product is not covered by the warranty, repair center will perform an evaluation and provide an estimate for the repair costs to the customer, within 7 – 10 business days of the receipt of the unit.
Depending on the level of repair needed, the standard turnaround time for repair center, after receipt of the unit, is 15 – 20 days.
All repairs (covered under the evaluation stemming from the original RMA) are guaranteed for 90 days after the date of shipment back to the customer, or the remainder of the original warranty, whichever is the most beneficial.
Disclaimer of Warranty Services
In no event will TELOX be liable for any damages, including lost profits, lost business, lost savings, downtime, or delay, labor, repair or material cost, injury to person, property, or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of use of or inability to use such product, even if TELOX has been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses, or for any claim by any other party.
The above warranty is the only warranty authorized by TELOX and is in lieu of any implied warranties, including implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. TELOX reserves the right to waive its warranty policy based on outstanding payments in full and/or on a timely basis as set out in the terms of the invoice.
Obtaining an RMA Number for Returns
If determined that you need to return the product to TELOX for warranty service please complete our RMA FORM. After submitting your information, you will receive an email within 24 business hours with the RMA# and detailed instructions on how to return the product.
