In order to meet the needs of its expanding operations and improve team efficiency, Golden Tours has completely upgraded its communications system with Telox M5 Smart LTE vehicle.
I. The original digital two-way radio system only met the communications needs of the London area, but Golden Tours planned to expand beyond London.
II. Original system was unable to provide positioning based on street-level maps, making it impossible for the dispatch center to accurately manage teams in different locations.
III. The maintenance team relies on cell phones, which doesn't allow for fast and effective group communication and low service efficiency.
